We gladly accept returns at your expense. To initiate a return, please notify us in advance at hello@mirrorball.ch.

Our return policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of purchase. Regrettably, if more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot provide a definitive refund or exchange.

For a successful return, the item must remain unused and in the same pristine condition in which it was originally received. Please ensure that the product retains its tags whenever possible. Please note that SALE items are non-returnable.

Before returning a product, kindly inform us via email, providing your order number and name. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item.

EXCHANGE (if applicable)

We are more than happy to exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please reach out to us at hello@mirrorball.ch. Upon confirming the exchange, you may proceed to send the item back to us. When shipping, please include your order number as well as your first and last name.

SHIPPING

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, it will have the shipping costs deducted.
